  2. Hey Aron, I wanted to thank you for being so helpful. You take the time to answer everyone’s questions, and I was able to find answers for almost all of mine.

    I have a few more questions that I was hoping you could answer:

    1. I’m 18 years old, and just under 6’2 (when standing up straight). I know this is kind of silly, but I do want to grow taller. I have relatives who are a few inches taller, and I’d like to maybe reach their height. I’m following the program closely, besides the cocktail part, I just eat some healthy fruits and vegetables and black tea (what I have available) after exercising.

      Yes, most of your height increase will be in your spine, but also in your legs and your neck (due to the positive effect that the involved exercises and stretches will have on your muscles, joints and ligaments). You will absolutely not end up with a body that’s ‘out of proportion’.

      I have not personally gone through this program, due to the fact that I’m 6’2 and have no need to increase my height.

      However, as a personal trainer and fitness instructor, I’ve guided several of my clients through these exercises (under my supervision, they followed the program to the ‘T’) and seen their height increase a great deal. Many of them experienced an increase by up to 2 inches (5cm) in 10-12 weeks.   33. Thanks for the previous response. I have one more question . I was going through the blueprint and found out that some of the exercises were like :
    hold for 15 seconds and do 3 sets of 20 repetitions.So that would mean about 15 minutes on a single exercise .So am I interpreting something wrong or is it actually so much ?

      Yes, that’s right: 3 sets of 20 repetitions is a total of 60 repetitions. 60 repetitions x 15 seconds equals 15 minutes of total workout time.

      Cod liver oil is an important dietary supplement (and also a bit harder to find alternatives for) because it contains all the essential omega fatty acids. A good replacement for cod liver oil is krill oil or flaxseed oil.
