    I just bought this program and I got question. If ever I can’t take the cocktail mentioned in the blueprint, it is stated there that you can buy Athletic Greens instead of consuming the cocktail. Is that alright? Also, I work early in the morning probably six A.M. so it is impossible for me to have the morning exercise, is it ok to just do it after work and before going to bed?

      I’d recommend you take one full scoop after the morning workout only, as recommended on the label.

    2 quick questions. I recently bought the program and was wondering 1.) if the Athletic Greens provides ALL of the minerals, vitamins, and amino acids that the cocktail does? I am leaning towards the convenience of the AGs, but want to make sure I will be getting the correct combination to grow. 2.) The stretches for weeks 1-3 which they say to do throughout the 12 week period are specified that they need to be done twice a day (at night and in the morning). The rest of the stretches are not said to be done twice a day. Am I correct in assuming that weeks 4-12 will look like weeks 1-3 only with ONE session of the advancing stretches? Thank you for your help and clarification on the program.

    So I brought the program today.
    I intend to start it from tomorrow. But unfortunately I wont be able to supplement my exercises with the recommended HGH cocktail until exactly after 2 months. By that time, I would have moved on to the advanced programs. I understand that this will necessitate me to prolong the target period(from 12 weeks to say 18 weeks) to generate my maximum potential gains.
    Am I starting this off the wrong foot?

      Yes, most of your height increase will be in your spine, but also in your legs and your neck (due to the positive effect that the involved exercises and stretches will have on your muscles, joints and ligaments). You will absolutely not end up with a body that’s ‘out of proportion’.

      I have not personally gone through this program, due to the fact that I’m 6’2 and have no need to increase my height.

    hold for 15 seconds and do 3 sets of 20 repetitions.So that would mean about 15 minutes on a single exercise .So am I interpreting something wrong or is it actually so much ?

      Yes, that’s right: 3 sets of 20 repetitions is a total of 60 repetitions. 60 repetitions x 15 seconds equals 15 minutes of total workout time.

      Hi Raheel, thanks for your questions. Fava beans (also called broad beans or horse beans) can be replaced by Lima beans or Butterbeans.

      Cod liver oil is an important dietary supplement (and also a bit harder to find alternatives for) because it contains all the essential omega fatty acids. A good replacement for cod liver oil is krill oil or flaxseed oil.

      During your 12 week program (remember to follow the guide to the ‘T’ each and every day for optimal results), you can take 6-8 capsules daily. It’s almost impossible to ‘over-dose’ omega-3s – as long as you don’t have any kind of condition with that involves blood coagulation problems.

      When it comes to the Green Tea, you can drink it once or twice per day, whichever you prefer.

I know that in this day in age people can make fake before and after shots and even fake videos using spliced tap measures.         Try starting out with 4 capsules for the first 4-5 weeks, then increase the amount to 6-8 capsules from week 6-12.

      Hi Jonathan, thanks for your question.

      No, I have no personally tried these growing taller techniques. Being 6 feet 2 inches, I don’t want or need to add more height.

      However, as a personal trainer, I’ve had several of my fitness clients try out these exact methods under my guidance – some of them with very good results. One 23 year old guy added nearly 3 inches after following the program for 12 weeks.

    Yes, if you do nothing about it as an adult, you will naturally shrink as you’re getting older. An imperative factor here is your diet. As you grow older, you become far less active, which in turn decreases your need for calories.

    This is a very interesting article! I’m not entirely convinced this can actually be done but then that is just my opinion.
    I agree with what you say about shrinking though.
    I have personally shrunk by one inch in later life. i’m not sure when this happened but, these days, I am definitely shorter.
    The fact that there is a refund policy, to me, means it might be worth checking out.
